Well done to all couples who competed in this year's British National Championships in the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool. This was another fantastic weekend of dancing, with some impressive results for Midlands' couples.

North of England Ballroom Champions - Steven Arnold and Charlotte Cutler.

British National Senior Ballrom Champions - Phil Holding and Deborah Truman, with Ian Saville and Linda Chatterley placed fourth.

Daniel Power and Stevie Jones placed fourth in the Under 21 Latin championship.

British National Under 21 Ballroom Champions - Jack Bealer anc Karolina Szmit, with runners up - James Cutler and Greta Laurinaityte.

British National Amateur Ballroom Champions - Mark and Olga Elsbury, with Jack and Karolina placed fourth.

Andrew Escolme and Amy-Louise Baker were placed 6th in the British National Amateur Latin Championship.

Chris Short and Eisa Chanaa were runners up in the Professional Ballroom Championship
